Process

How a project runs.

Fixed prices, review gates before money is spent on copper, and source files in your hands at the end. No mysteries between kickoff and delivery.

Your project

Five steps, two review gates.

You approve the schematic before layout starts and the layout before anything goes to fab. Nothing irreversible happens without a sign-off.

Step 01

Scope & quote

You describe the project, we return a fixed price and timeline within one business day. Milestone payments on larger jobs.

Step 02

Schematic

Schematic capture with part selection biased to LCSC stock. Delivered as a PDF for your review gate before any layout begins.

Step 03

Layout & DFM

Placement and routing against the real fab stackup, DRC closed to zero, then an internal DFM pass. You sign off the final layout.

Step 04

Fab package

Gerbers, BOM, CPL and assembly drawings for your factory, or a managed turnkey build if you'd rather receive working boards.

Step 05

Handoff

Native source files transfer with final payment, and the 30-day fix window starts. Future respins quote from these files.
